ISPCA is a non-profit organisation currently guardian to approximately 250 dogs & 80 cats at our shelter. Our shelter entirely depend on the generosity of the public for its monthly survival. Hence your volunteer help and contribution is greatly appreciated, all donation contributed to our shelter are tax-exempted for Malaysian Residents.

We welcome and are deeply grateful for any donation in cash or kind. Donations by cheque must be issued to ‘The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals‘.
