The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) is a non-profit organization currently guardian to approximately 250 dogs & 80 cats at our shelter. Our shelter entirely depend on the generosity of the public for its monthly survival. Hence your volunteer help and contribution is greatly appreciated.
