SPCA (ipoh) with Dato Zainal President Cameron Highlands district council (YDP), veterinary Pahang (DVS) and Department of cameron Highlands (MDCH) had a discussion on Trap-Neuter-Release -Management (TNR.M) programme.
This agenda of the meeting was to understand the implementation, how to effectively implement it and the means of collaboration with all relevant parties with one aim which is to humanely resolve the over population issue of strays.
And willing to meet and negotiate with the animal groups and volunteers of Cameron as soon as possible to advance the TNR.M plan.
ISPCA 与金马仑县长 YDP Dato Zainal，彭享州兽医局主管，县政府执法单位主管商讨如何人道主义解决流浪狗的问题。
县政府和兽医局也非常认同目前霹雳州政府推行的TNR.M节育流浪狗回放计划，并且愿意尽快与金马仑的动物团体和义工们见面及共同协商推行TNR.M计划。
